Belgium hosts first PREP Training of 2017

With the support of the Belgian First Aid and Support (B-FAST), the Preparedness and Response Effectiveness Programme (PREP) course took place from 22 to 27 January in Brussels, Belgium. The 24 participants enjoyed the learning experience and praised the learning methodology. An experienced Child Protection Officer attending the course said “The course should be compulsory for all in this field since coordination is a key for success.” PREP is a solid training product of OCHA’s Emergency Services Branch, which receives strong support from humanitarian aid workers operating in the various networks of the Leading Edge Programme.
